Episode 2 of Members Only: The EverWash Podcast is officially live — and this one is packed with insights for car wash operators focused on growing their membership programs.
Hosted by Max Pulcini and Chris Villella, the podcast is a monthly conversation about membership, growth, and what actually works for busy operators running modern car washes.
This episode also introduces several new recurring segments that we’ll be bringing back in future shows.
What You’ll Hear in Episode 2
First up, we kick things off with Wash Wire, where we break down an upcoming update to the EverWash Attendant App. The update is designed to reduce friction at the wash, improve referral tracking, and make it easier for attendants to enroll members quickly during busy shifts.
Next, we debut a brand-new segment called Data Drip, where EverWash data analyst Jane Lee dives into the numbers behind family plans — one of the most underutilized growth levers in membership programs. The data reveals how multi-vehicle accounts can significantly increase both retention and customer lifetime value.
We also introduce another new segment: “At the Wash with Sean Pashley.” Sean, EverWash’s VP of Partner Success, shares real-world insights from the field, including operational lessons from a heavy winter in the Northeast and small changes operators can make that lead to better membership performance.
Finally, we sit down with Russ Picard, owner of Executive Auto Wash in Rhode Island, to talk about winter operations, delivering value to members, and what operators should focus on heading into spring.
